Not that I have 'alias dpl='COLUMNS=148 dpkg -l' in my .bashrc.

I got it working by installing libglib1.2-dev. 

'auto-apt run ./configure' picked up the libglib1.2-dev dependency. What a
cool app that auto-apt is!
