I think there is a bit missing from the fix Charles, error as follows:
filter-phrase.c: In function `pcre_info_new':
filter-phrase.c:129: `PCRE_CONFIG_UTF8' undeclared (first use in this
function)
filter-phrase.c:129: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
filter-phrase.c:129: for each function it appears in.)
make[3]: *** [filter-phrase.o] Error 1
