I don't know where MSWormOS stores the PAN dir, but in Linux, its default
location ~/.pan/, (the hidden .pan dir in your home dir).  That's where
you need to put it.

There are a number of ways to transfer it.  Size-wise, if you are actually
transferring it, you could delete the cache and transfer only the config
and server/group data files.  As for actually moving it, I believe the 2.6
kernel now has NTFS write-support available.  I'm not sure if it's in the
vanilla kernel or not, but it's in some distrib kernels, from what I've
read.  That way, you could just use it in place.  You may also consider
creating a small "transfer" partition that's FAT32, accessible from both
Linux and MSWormOS.  Or, you could simply mail yourself the config files,
and pick up your mail from the other OS.
