OK Maurice, fair enough.

If you look here:

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/drahn/9.0-i386/

you will find some rpms for SuSE 9.0 including the gnet2-2.0.4 flavour.
If you install those (using rpm -ivh, I think it's the same on SuSE) you
will then have the gnet2 and gnet libraries installed.
