[Pan-users] Wrap line length

I see that my text in the compose window is wrapped at 75 
characters, as is the quoted text when I press 'Rewrap'. Is 
there a way of changing this value - I like the lines 
wrapped a bit on the short side. Nothing in the various menu 
options seems appropriate.
