This is "weekly" beta #27 of a full Pan redesign and rewrite in C++.
The brisk release schedule is to encourage feedback and a short
turnaround time on bug fixes. These betas will culminate very soon
with Pan 1.0, so feedback is strongly encouraged.

This week's release improves download speed and has many mall bug fixes.

Bug Tickets addressed in this release:
357735 crash when updating headers (David Kelly)
359197 faster downloads. (Avi Drissman, Christophe GISQUET)
358061 better use of server connections. (Adam Huffman)
358654 pan-0.115 fails to compile: error in article.{c,h} (Jack Cuyler)
 360375 non-ascii subject is mangled
358717 Order of files added to queue (Adrian Yee)
358211 'Get New' expands selected collapsed thread (Douglas Bollinger)
359171 downloads w/same name mangles suffixes (Jerry Segers, Jr.)
358710 Tasks has an empty tooltip when idle (Adrian Yee)
361144 xover tasks should be inserted at the top of the queue (David)
360373 missing utf8 conversion in error messages (Frederic Crozat)
360725 change the default color of positive scores (Anthony DeRobertis)
