[Paperclips-discuss] New check in fixes session (and forwarding) bug

I have just checked in a change to fix a bug I turned up.

The bug was:
When a page (that created a session) forwarded to another page the
destination page recreated the session.


I have also added a tests/jsptestsuite directory with some files and
directories in it. This is intended to be for keeping test cases for
bugs that need to be fixed. Hopefully helpfull people will submit test
cases when they submit bugs. The test cases go in here and can be run
until something is fixed.

At some point test cases will get turned into something more
comprehensive but these are fine for now.
