[Partysip-dev] windows compile problem

hi,

i can't figure out how to compile partysip-2.1.1 under
windows (visual c++ 6.0). the error message i get is:

c:\programme\microsoft visual studio\vc98\include\ppl\ppl_dns.h(29) : 
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'Iphlpapi.h': No such file or
directory

i did install the microsoft SDK.
please give me a hint.
