[Partysip-dev] windows & regex.h

Hi,

I persistently try to compile
partysip under windows. now my problem
is the filter-plugin. during compiling
i get an error about 

Cannot open include file: 'regex.h'

as i found out this should be for regular
expressions under posix-standard. which
file have i got to use under windows ?
