Hello hackers.

We have been installed a flyspray software in
http://www.gnupdf.org/flyspray

We are going to use it to implement the tasks management instead of
the savannah task tracker. In this way we achieve a better access to
the tasks data and a good bug tracking system.

I have already migrated the tasks from savannah to the new flyspray
installation. I also opened accounts for all the current active
developers.
