   gl_locale_name is returning the default POSIX locale... seems that
   locale info was not correctly set in the process.

I had a problem with my locales settings.

With:

LANG=en_GB.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_GB.utf8
LC_CTYPE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_GB.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=

All tests success except:

base/text/pdf-text-get-unicode.c:929:E:pdf_text_get_unicode:pdf_text_get_unicode_015:0:
 (after this point) Received signal 11 (Segmentation fault)
base/text/pdf-text-get-unicode.c:1002:E:pdf_text_get_unicode:pdf_text_get_unicode_016:0:
 (after this point) Received signal 11 (Segmentation fault)

Traces for that run:
