[pdf-devel] IRC topic reset

Hi,

The #pdf IRC /topic is blank for around a week. People are even asking
wtf the channel is about :) Can somebody set it back?

The previous one was:

(Ideally changing the topic could also be possible by anybody - wiki
style - that's how it is at #savannah and I don't remember of any
abuse).
