I am interested to take up the Task FS:126

pdf_fsys_file_get_url(): Implement proper Uniform Resource Locators as per RFC1738

if  the API is  defined below

                        pdf_error_t      **error);
Kindly let me know what will be the type of parameter path will it be a pdf_fsys_file_t or a pdf_char_t..
