[Pgubook-readers] Code from book

This is the third or fourth book about assembly that I'm reading, and I
really like it.  In particular, it's good to see a book using AT&T syntax
which I can use to understand the assembly produced by gcc from my C
programs.

The only slight drawback is that the code from the book is not to be found
anywhere on the site (except in the CVS archive).  Could it be made
available as a tar file?
