+To add an attachment to a ticket, a group tts has to be created and every user,

TTS is undergoing some masive changes at the molment, I have changed the
format at least 4 times now.
Everytime I do this, I have to create upgrades. Which is making things more
difficault. As I make my way
through the code, I am coming up with new and better ways of handling the
data. Until I have settled on a
