Correct. This is something the FSF is a bit worried about as the web services industry starts to grow and they are trying to find a possible solution which a new version of the license will deal with. But until that this is true.

It does look they're selling it/giving it away though since they list system 
requirements.  Even that is ok by the GPL under most circumstances.  Not much 
point in speculating though, hopefully someone who speaks Portugese will be 
able to find out for sure and let us know.

I may send them an email asking for a copy of the code assuming they have someone on staff that reads english.
