OK. I'll check with rights equals to 64.
Unfortunately I've got to use stable version as the project must be 
delivered within the end of this month.
Whith ACL page I can avoid an admin to remove all users, not only other 
admins.
The situation is the following:
- One ISP/ASP handles multiple PHPGW installations for all its customers.
- Any customer has its own administator registered into its PHPGW
- ISP/ASP has its own administrator registered into all installations

ISP's admins could be visible by other admins but not removable!
