Yes, I understand that

I've never suggested it be included and working in RC2.

I have suggested if we could agree on the concept and approach, we could work
towards it.

I have suggested that HEAD would be an appropriate place to introduce it

Since no one has actually objected to the concept or the solution (all comments 
seem
to be directed at suggesting it is impractical for data security in large
organizations or should not be included in .16RC2) I'm assuming that it is a go 
ahead.
