I have become aware of a bug with phpgw 0.9.15/16 where the spell check uses a
validator class to see if a "word" is a "word" or an email address or internet
address, because we do not want to spell check internet addresses. Recently
that API validator class was replaced with something that is incomplete. The
result of this is that the spell class now thinks every word is an internet
address or an email address, thus no words ever get spell checked.

It is trivial to fix this error either on my part or on the API part, with a
simple regex to identify internet addresses, for that matter the old validator
class was made before the several new top level domains were released anyway
(.info, .tv, etc).

In short, we are aware of this problem and expect a bug fix soon.
