Heyas.
It seems you have not configured the imap server accordingly. Let me put
it in this way:
A) Person by person setup:
Go to Preferences -> Email
All the way down there is a personal settings checkbox. The last five
options are for your personal setup of the email accounts.

B) Global Setup (Only works within a single email domain for now)
Go to Admin -> Email
Set your imap server there as well as its type (courier)

By the way. To send emails youll have to go to where B) points since
thats where you set the smtp server.
