Added field ticket_platform to phpgw_tts_tickets.

Next is there is no ticket_attachment in phpgw_tts_tickets.

What are the field types? or is this something to do with the FileManager 
system?

Will try rem-ing out the attachment input and insert in 'newticket.php'. I 
don't think it is going to be much use.
