Get this error when trying to use Filemanager.

Warning: mkdir() failed (No such file or directory) in 
d:\www\thehub\htdocs\phpgroupware\filemanager\inc\class
.vfs.inc.php on line 548
To correct this error you will need to properly set 
the permissions to the files/users directory.
On *nix systems please type: chmod 770 
d:\www\htdocs\phpgroupware\Files/users/

I'm sure this worked before. 

configuration is
9.14
windows
and CVS with latest patches
