Summary: after clean installation from cvs phpgroupware gives fatal error
Original Submission: After getting the latest version from cvs, creating
header file, installing all apps, creating users etc... phpgroupware gives an
fatal error when I try to log in for the first time :

After a complete cvs update, still the same bug exists. But now it is at line
1626.

i notice that there was no $GLOBALS['phpgw']->xslttpl object in that globals
dumpvar. I will get someone to look at this.
