Original Submission: The automatic upgrade of the DB fails with the following
message:
Database error: Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO phpgw_contact_addr (contact_id,add1,
city, state, postal_code, country, tz, addr_type_id, created_on, created_by,
modified_on, modified_by, addr_type_id) VALUES (201, 'Heinrich-Pesch-Straße 10
', 'Köln', 'Nrw ', '50739 ', 'DE ', 0, 3, 1063140886, 5, 1063140886, 5, 0);
MySQL Error: 1110 (Column 'addr_type_id' specified twice)
