admin->edit user

Summary: Modify existing LDAP users (ldapmodify.php) inserts private domain

Original Submission: When modifying Existing LDAP users to use with
PHPGroupWare, the domain: 'gruponher.com' is inserted into the users domain
field. presumably a developers hard code (should take the domain from the
header.inc.php)
also, a Users 'fn' and 'ln' aren't added to one's (phpgw) account entry.
