Summary:  the TGZ unzipps in the ./ directory

Original Submission:  the download was perfect for the 
phpgroupware-0.9.16.RC1.tar.gz but when I untarred this file it untarred in the 
same directory as the tarfile. it never made the phpgroupware/ directory.
