[Phpgroupware-users] error::each() is not an array

hi,

I have the following error on most phpgroupware applications (forum,
phpwebhosting etc.) on cvs version 0.9.15.001:

the temporary solution I found is putting a @ to deactivate error
caching...

any idea?
