I'm implementing phpgw in my work organization (a nonprofit for
disabled children) and for the local branch for a catholic
organization, Azione Cattolica (for now AC).

In both side, i've a problem to solve. I think a ``strange'' problem...

At work we organize some workshop, we have to manage subscribers,
speakers, ...
Clearly many addresses are the same from a workshop to another, so we
are interested to use a common addressbook.
But also we have to ``subscribe'' speakers and (hem) subscribers to
this ``entity''.

In AC we have some member that have local responsabilities, and
tipically they change often. Also with a need for a common addressbook,
we need a way to ``link'' someone to some responsability, and possibly
with ``historical'' track of these (so, if some responsability change,
there's no a substitution of some name, but the close and reopen of
these responsability).

I think all of these coul be fiddle in a project (in phpgw sense), but,
clearly, not only users but also people in addressbook have to be
associated with a project.

I hope i was clear... ;(((
