[Phpgroupware-users] New installation HOW-TO

I've finished the first edition of a phpgw installation howto with an eye toward
security for 0.9.14.  It covers installation from scratch and some very basic
administration tasks.  The goal of the document is to help people that are at 
least
a little familiar with apache, mysql, and php configuration get a basic phpgw
install working with as little confusion as possible.  It does not cover
configuration of apache, mysql, and only covers php where it applies directly to
phpgroupware.
