Ok, now is clear. ;)

I've simply used Setup III module, after configuration, if you set LDAP
for account, show up 3/4 options, one of these are ``setup LDAP account
for using with phpgw''.

I've simply choose my account (gaio) to be the admin.

No. I'm using this ``standard''.

Yes, exactly these.

Again, use setup module to setup (oppss ;) an LDAP account to be amdin.
