it's documented in the new Installation and Security HowTO (which I have asked 
to
be labeled as for .14 and the other to be either labeled as .12 or updated to 
.14).

The only time I haven't answered it right away is when it's asked 3 times a day 
in
seperate threads.  I do find it rediculouis that people can't be bothered to at
least browse the last week or so of subjects before posting a question.
