vfs_dav is included as standard in 0.9.16 and HEAD : its based on Paolo's code 
(originally, a lot has changed though). In setup you can specify an HTTP 
address for your file storage : then filemanager will store its files on that 
webdav server (Note : its a webdav CLIENT, not a server : you need to point 
it at a seperate webdav server : eg Apache with mod_dav enabled)
