[phpGroupWare-users] "Your Database is not working!" ... but it is working!

Hi,

I am new with php, with mysql and with phpgroupware. I have installed it in 
ubuntu dapper with synaptic and I have configured it. But when I go to the 
setup/config page, it says that the Database is not working. But actually it is 
working, since I can access with phpmyadmin without problem. The database 
phpgroupware is created, and also the user phpgw with the needed privileges. 
If I try to create the database from the setup/config page, it makes nothing.

It seems to be a problem with the connection phpgroupware-mysql, but I can't 
find it. The MySQl is 5.0.22, and phpgroupware is 0.9.16.010. Can anyone help 
me?
