[phpGroupWare-users] sitemgr acl problems

I removed all sites and uninstalled the sitemgr application. Then i 
reinstalled the sitemgr application and now my problem is the same for 
the default site.
I can't add any pages becouse the "add categories and pages" menu item 
tells me that i do not have any permissions for the site.
I added my user to the user administration list, and installed anything  
like it's told in the readme.

How to fix this?
