Well, this is in fact an error in ClanLib for which I'm just doing a fix. ;-)
But which version of ClanLib are you using? It should compile with the actual 
ClanLib-0.6 CVS tree right now.
In order to fix it you have to include ClanLib/Signals/slot.h and 
ClanLib/Signals/signal_v2.h before the mousecursorprovider.h - and don't 
change the order, probably won't work otherwise.
