I have this question too... hehehe. They are on a cd like that "1000 in 1cd", 
that are saled at the "newspaper store" (sorry, but i dont now in english the 
name of that).

I bought this at about 4 or 5 years ago. There ins't any file on the cd that 
says the sounds are copyrighted or not. So I think that it isn't.
