config.h from configure and src/win32/config.h are the same file (have
the same purpose), on windows the later one gets included on unix the
first one, so thats not a problem.
The clash between config.hxx and config.h is not nice, but they have a
different file extensions, so that shouldn't be a problem, even so a
name change could make sense.
