Webpage breaks a bit apart under IE, tables are to large and go
outsite of the visible area. IE also doesn't like the transparent
alpha-PNG. The table problem might be fixable by replacing one of the
<div> with a normal old style <table> or something like that. 

The webpage should probally contain a few Pingus here and there, as
icons for the different sections, as <hr> and things like that.
Currently there isn't a single Pingus sprite on the webpage, but there
really should be some.
