Patch for INSTALL and INSTALL.unix

[Aggro]

Added information about ./autogen.sh (because that is
asked a lot) and told to look INSTALL.unix and
INSTALL.Win32 for required libraries to INSTALL-file. 

Changed the required Clanlib version number in
INSTALL.unix to 0.7.3 That was according to what
./configure says, if I misunderstood please tell what
version is required and I will send new patch for
INSTALL.unix. Unless some other wants to update it,
one number anyway. 

I hope the versions for other libraries have not
changed, but since I have no knowledge on that area,
could someone check them out?
