[Platform-testers] Pre-release recutils 1.4.92 in alpha.gnu.org

Hi all.

The pre-release recutils-1.4.92.tar.gz is now available at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/recutils.  The NEWS file in the tarball
contains a list of the changes since 1.4.

The planned date for releasing 1.5 is Friday 13 January 2012.
