The SWF file is some kind of player that loads the MP3 file via some
protocol (HTTP). SWF files are binary and usually contain non-free
software. The code in them is compiled (bytecode) ActionScript, a
variant. Even with free software plugin like Gnash, the user have to run
the non-free bytecode.
