[Pm2mail-info] yet another release

dear all

Sorry to bring out another release of pm2mail so quickly but there were
a few bugs in the other version and the configuration for fulltext
access was not very good.

Now, this has been changed and there is some more precise information in
the README file in the latest release: pm2mail-0.2.1.tar.gz

Also, a description of how to set up pm2mail in conjunction with HINARI
is now included in the README.

If there are any questions on pm2mail - set up, usage - or new ideas and
comments, please do not hesitate to ask and discuss them (here on this
list).
