IMHO, GNU is hosting protux project and we have some kind of "recognition" by 
using it. So I would suggest
that we use all other possibilities as a protux mirror sites, and make some 
kind of automation to keep then in sync

good question. The plan is the reach all features until 0.50. When we reach it,
all releases from 0.50 to 1.0 will be just stabilization / correction / and 
optimization releases...

so I believe 0.50 is a good point
