I executed './configure --help' and found interresting option:
'--disable-mt'.
So... Luciano's problem was opposite and I had to test right away:
./configure --enable-mt
And following line was output from QT check:
checking for Qt... (cached) libraries /usr/lib/qt-2.3.1/lib, headers
/usr/lib/qt-2.3.1/include using -mt
Could this be solution for those who have only mt-libs installed?
Can some one test it?
