Thanks, I've fixed this in my working tree.  (I started by copying the Sort
Cases dialog and then adjusting things a bit.)

I'll be sure to fix that.  Thanks!

Is the label Refresh chosen for compatibility's sake?  To me, Reset is a more
descriptive name.
