I tested it.

As far as I can't see it doesn't work. I tried placing it in /usr/local/lib, /usr/local/lib/pspp,  /lib copied it to cygpsppire.dll copied the libpsppire.* files to cygpsppire.* Nothing yet. Unfortunately.

Nothing..... :-((

Any ideas somebody???

OK.  I've had a quick look at that URL and made an unofficial tarball
at http://darrington.wattle.id.au/pspp-0.4.3-dll.tar.gz

It builds a file cygpsppire-0.dll and installs it in
/usr/local/lib/bin
I've no idea if this dll will actually work; for some reason my Cygwin
environment won't run psppire (it exits with status 53 before even
entering main).

If this works, then we can incorporate it into the release.  If not,
then I don't know what we can do.
