Not that I know of.

The proponents of Graphical User Interfaces always tell me that a GUI makes
a program so easy to use, that there is no need for a manual.  I don't 
necessarily subscribe to that point of view,  but it seems to be common 
opinion.

If anyone is willing to write and maintain such a manual, then I'm sure it 
could be included in the PSPP distribution.
