I don't have a perfect solution, but I can think of a couple that
might serve in a pinch:

        * You can use the PRINT command to write out something
          that approximates CSV format.

        * In version 0.7.5, you can use CSV output format
          (e.g. "pspp -o output.csv") followed by a LIST command,
          then edit the output file to get rid of a few lines
          that you don't want.
