On http://sourceforge.net/projects/pspp4windows/files/ you find even
newer MSWindows packages. The difference with
http://pspp.awardspace.com is that on the last site there are only
links to the recommended packages on sourceforge. The latest versions
on sourceforge, not pointed to from pspp.awardspace.com, need testers
to see if special characters, like umlaut, are handled correct. Any
reports about issues and hints are welcome.
