I'm willing to contribute to any such effort, although I probably
wouldn't take the lead on it.
I could probably find the time to write such a review-paper. However I
wonder if a paper whose authors were all developers of the project would
be considered too nepotismic? It would be better if someone other than
a developer contributed too.
Any volunteers?
